About Event
1st Lawang Sewu International Symposium 2022 on Health Sciences is an annual international symposium held by Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang. Symposium will be held on November 28, 2022 in Semarang, Central Java Indonesia by online.
Lecturers, professionals, researches, and students are invited in 1st Lawang Sewu International Symposium 2022 on Health Sciences for discussion. Study focused on Health Sciences are welcome. The submitted papers must meet the criteria including originality, novelty, not yet published, and must be written in English language. Symposium will be held through online due to Covid-19 pandemic situation.

Prof. Shu-Fang Vivienne Wu, Ph.D, RN, FAAN
National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Sciences, Taiwan
Dr. Emi Nurjasmi, M.Kes is an Indonesian midwife. She was elected as General Chair of the Indonesian Midwives Association for the period 2018-2023. Previously, Dr. Emi Nurjasmi, M.Kes also serves as General Chairperson of the Indonesian Midwives Association for the period 2013-2018
In addition to being the General Chair of the Indonesian Midwives Association, Dr. Emi Nurjasmi, M.Kes is also active in the field of education. She serves as a lecturer at a health polytechnic, one of the assessors of BAN-PT, and also deputy director of the Women’s Health Education Foundation.

Virtual Presentation
Due to Covid-19 situation, conference will be held online via Zoom event platform. To prepare for a virtual conference, we ask you to prepare your PowerPoint. Each paper will be given 10 minutes (for presentation and Q&A). At least one author must join the live virtual session to answer questions.
