2nd Lawang Sewu International Symposium 2023 on Engineering and Applied Sciences (LEWIS-EAS 2023) is an annual international symposium held by Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang that will take place by online format (zoom meeting conference) on 29 November 2023 in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.
LEWIS-EAS 2023 is intended to provide a forum for lecturers, professionals, researchers, and students to collaborate, explore opportunities, and exchange valuable insights to shape a sustainable future through cutting-edge innovations and dynamic discourses in technology. Study focused on engineering sciences are welcome. The submitted papers must meet the criteria including originality, novelty, not yet published, and must be written in English.
The conference program will feature main speakers, invitees, and oral sessions. To increase dissemination and visibility of research findings, accepted papers will be published in Atlantis Press Proceedings.

Virtual Presentation
__
LEWIS has been converted into a virtual symposium, which will be held via Zoom event platform. To prepare for a virtual symposium, we ask you to prepare your PowerPoint. Each paper will be given 10 minutes (for presentation and Q&A). At least one author must join the live virtual session to answer questions.

Scope
We cordially invite you to participate in the 2nd LEWIS : Engineering and Applied Sciences by submitting your abstracts. The main focus of the symposium is on the latest and most exiting findings in the following areas:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Computer Science
- Data Mining
- Architecture and Urban Design
- Civil Engineering
The eligible papers will be presented in the oral presentation. Selected papers will be further peer reviewed for publication in Atlantic Press Proceedings.
